Shipping Within The Netherlands

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (for in-stock items)
  • Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • All orders are shipped via tracked services (DHL or PostNL)
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped
  • Free shipping on all orders over €55 within the Netherlands

Shipping Within Europe

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping is handled via DHL or PostNL with tracking
  • Free shipping on all orders over €100 within Europe
  • We currently ship to the following European countries: United Kingdom (UK), Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Portugal, Denmark, Ireland, Lithuania, Romania, Greece, Finland, and Hungary.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Rangrez Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by courier services (DHL or PostNL).

Customs, Duties & Delivery Issues

For international (Europe) orders:

  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance

Rangrez Heritage is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries in the following cases:

  • Refusal to accept delivery or pay customs duties/taxes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or contact details provided by the customer

In such situations, shipping charges and related costs are non-refundable.
