Returns

If your order is damaged or not to your satisfaction, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos of the issue. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a return or refund.

Once your request is acknowledged by our team, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 business days.

Please note that Rangrez Heritage does not cover return shipping costs.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds apply only to the cost of the product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Failure to meet the reporting or return timelines may result in your refund request being declined.

Product Representation Disclaimer

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, finish, or detailing may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Earrings (once delivered)
  • Necklace sets that include earrings
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Items reported after 24 hours or returned after 7 business days
